Terms of Use

Using the site

You may read the pages, share links to them, and send an enquiry. You may not misuse the site by attempting to break it, probe it without permission, overload it, or submit unlawful content through the form. The pages are provided for information about the practice.

What the pages are

The site describes business process strategy services, a client journey, and three engagement formats. It is not a contract, not a formal quotation, and not a promise that a particular operational result will occur. A contract for advisory work starts only when both sides accept a written proposal. Reading an offer page, sending a form, or receiving a reply does not by itself create that contract.

Billing

The contact form is free to send. This website does not accept payment, does not start a subscription, and does not add a call-out or connection charge. If work goes ahead, the fee, the moment it is due, and what it covers are written in a proposal before you accept. You are not billed for declining that proposal. There is no automatic renewal on this website.

Enquiries

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to share it. Do not send confidential information belonging to someone else unless you are authorised to do so, and do not send passwords or payment details. A reply within two business days is a working courtesy described on the contact page. It is not a guaranteed service level. The practice may decline work that sits outside business process strategy.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, logo, and original graphics on this site belong to ANDRIAN PRONIN unless a page says otherwise. You may not copy the site design or present the materials as your own advisory product. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page, for ordinary reference.

Acceptable use of the form

The contact form is for genuine enquiries about the practice. Automated submission, header injection, and messages that try to make the site act as a relay are not allowed. Submissions are checked on the server and may be refused.

Liability

The website is provided in good faith and may be updated or interrupted. To the extent the law allows, ANDRIAN PRONIN is not liable for decisions you make solely from these general pages, or for loss arising from a technical interruption of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights you have in your place of residence that the law does not allow this sentence to remove.
