The pages on digitalstratconnct.my explain how ANDRIAN PRONIN approaches business process strategy. They describe services, a method, a client path, and engagement formats. They are written so a prospective client can understand the practice. They are not personal advice for your organisation.

No guaranteed outcome

A clearer operating line can reduce confusion, waiting, and rework. It can also show that a step should take longer, or that a problem sits outside process design. The practice does not guarantee a productivity percentage, a cost saving, a headcount change, a software result, or any other business outcome. Outcomes depend on the client’s decisions, people, and follow-through after delivery.

Not a substitute for other professions

Nothing on this site is legal advice, tax advice, audit, accounting, engineering, medical, or financial advice. It is also not a recommendation to buy software. If you need those services, instruct a qualified professional.

Not an offer of contract

Descriptions of the Diagnostic Brief, Redesign Program, and Cadence Advisory explain how work is usually shaped. Timelines on those pages are typical ranges. Fees, dates, and deliverables for a real engagement exist only in a written proposal. Until that proposal is accepted, there is no contract for advisory work.

Accuracy

The practice takes care to keep the site accurate and consistent. Pages can still become incomplete as services are refined. If a sentence on the site and a signed proposal differ, the proposal is the document that governs the work.
