What this policy covers
It covers information you send through the contact form, messages you send to the practice email address from this site, the essential cookies described in the Cookie Policy, and ordinary server logs created when pages are requested. It does not cover information collected inside a later advisory engagement, which is handled under the written proposal for that work.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact details you choose to send: name, email address, organisation, role, subject, and message.
- A confirmation that you asked us to use those details to reply.
- Technical data written by the host as part of serving the site, which may include IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser’s user agent. These logs are used to operate and protect the site.
- The cookie choice stored in
ap_consent, and a session identifier when you open or submit the contact form.
The site does not ask for accounts, payment card numbers, or special-category data. Please do not include them in a message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a scoping conversation.
- To protect the contact form against forged submissions.

- To keep the site available and to investigate misuse.
Enquiry details are used because you asked for a response, which is a step before a possible contract, and because the practice has a legitimate interest in answering genuine requests and keeping the site secure. We do not use this information for advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of what was agreed in that exchange, and then deleted or reduced. The preference cookie lasts up to 180 days unless you clear it sooner. The contact-form session cookie lasts until you close the browser. Server logs follow the retention set by the hosting provider and are kept only for operation and security.
Who else handles it
Messages are delivered by email to the practice inbox at [email protected]. The organisation that hosts digitalstratconnct.my processes page requests and may process server logs. Email transmission may pass through the mail provider used by that inbox. These parties act so the site and the reply can function. We do not authorise them to use enquiry content for their own marketing.
International visitors
The practice is established in the Republic of Moldova. If you write from another country, your message is received there. Where the GDPR applies to a request, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the enquiry data you sent, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Security
The contact form is checked on the server, protected with a session token, and limited in length. Pages are sent with security headers intended to reduce tampering in the browser. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send secrets through the form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. The change will not be used to explain away a different use of information that was never described here.
