Commercial offer

A clear offer, scoped before any commitment

Andrian Pronin offers three ways to buy business process strategy. Each one maps to the services on this site. Fees are not listed as a public rate card. They are confirmed in a written proposal after a scoping conversation, because the workflow and the number of people change the effort.

Plain terms

Who is offering this, and what it costs

The business

ANDRIAN PRONIN provides business process strategy at Mihai Eminescu Street 74
MD-2012, Chișinău
Republic of Moldova. Email [email protected]. The practice is independent. It is not a Google partner, not a government office, and not a software vendor.

The service

The work is advice on how a workflow is owned, handed on, decided, and reviewed. The services are operating model clarity, process diagnosis, workflow redesign, decision and handoff design, and operating cadence. Formats are a Diagnostic Brief, a Redesign Program, and Cadence Advisory. Nothing on this site is a promise of a savings figure or a headcount change.

The payment model

The enquiry form is free. This website does not take payment, start a subscription, or add a call-out charge. A fee appears only in a written proposal after a scoping conversation. That proposal states the amount, what is included, and what is not. You pay only if you accept it in writing. Declining it costs nothing.

What the form asks for

Your name, email, organisation, and a short note about the workflow, so a reply can be specific. The form does not ask for a password or a payment card number. How that information is used is in the Privacy Policy.

Format 01

Diagnostic Brief

A bounded first engagement. Typical span: two to three weeks.

  • Service in focus: process diagnosis
  • One priority workflow
  • Current-state map, friction register, and a priority note
  • A recommendation on whether redesign is warranted

Fits a leadership team that wants evidence before commissioning a larger design. You can stop when the brief is delivered.

Format 02 · primary engagement

Redesign Program

Diagnosis and design in one proposal. Typical span: six to ten weeks, depending on access to the people who do the work.

  • Services in focus: diagnosis, workflow redesign, and decision and handoff design
  • Operating model clarity can be included when the friction sits between functions, not only inside one procedure
  • Future-state map, role notes, decision register, handoff standards, and a pilot checklist
  • Working sessions with operators and the leaders who own the interfaces

Fits when the current line is already known to be failing and the organisation is ready to pilot a replacement. The path of sessions is described on the journey page.

Format 03

Cadence Advisory

A lighter follow-on, usually across one quarter, after a redesign or an internal change that needs a review rhythm.

  • Service in focus: operating cadence
  • A few measures the team can collect without a new reporting team
  • Cadence calendar, measure definitions, review agenda, and escalation path
  • One trial of the review, then an adjustment

Fits teams that already have a designed process and want it to survive the first busy month.

What the proposal always states

Inside a proposal

  • The workflow and the organisational edge
  • Which of the five services are included
  • Who needs to take part
  • Timeline and deliverables
  • Fee, payment point, and the acceptance that starts the work

Outside every format

  • Software selection, licences, or implementation
  • Running the process on the client’s behalf
  • Legal, tax, audit, or accounting advice
  • A guarantee of a savings percentage or a headcount outcome
  • Unlimited workshops beyond the named boundary

Accepting a website enquiry, or reading this page, does not create a contract. A contract starts only when both sides accept a written proposal. The terms of use say the same thing in site language, and the disclaimer limits what general pages can promise.
